10/10 experience. I was nervous to bring my car in due to previous experiences with other tire shops using my lack of car knowledge against me. I had an issue with my TPSM. They were honest and super transparent. Pricing was reasonable and they never made me feel pressured to make any decisions at all. I was in and out of there within an hour and a half, on the Friday before a long weekend, no less.

As a long time Barnsley customer, I left today feeling let down by what was once a great Boulder tire company. I brought my vehicle in 2 weeks ago for an alignment after I had replaced the shocks/springs. After an hour, I was told they were unable to align my vehicle because of "excessive play on the inner tie rod". they only charged me $40 for an inspection and was told to replace the inner tie rod and come back after it was replaced. I brought the vehicle home and ordered inner and outer tie rods for both sides. Once I received them and began to install, it was apparent the inner tie rod was not worn out, only lose in the rack which could have been easily tightened had they taken the time to look. Well, I had the parts so figured i might as well replace the tie rods. Brought my vehicle back in today to finally get the alignment done. After an hour and a half, Barnsley told me my alignment was done only to find out that they only adjusted the front toe and were not able to adjust the caster or camber as the bolts were stuck/seized. Barnsley then told me this was the "best they could do" and charged me for a full alignment after only adjusting the toe. I was then told if I replace

Had an appointment this morning for an alignment. Was told an hour and got a call after 45 minutes. Friendly service. This was my first time.

Great folks! Same product and prices as other major places but you can get an alignment done at the same time, saving you a trip! Use the online pricing tool on their website, it was less than what I was quoted over the phone but he apologized and adjusted to match. Call to set up the appointment. They easily ordered the tires and got me in the same day!

I used to bring my car here for tires when it was still owned by the original owners. Sad to say the new lady that owns it knows nothing about cars and less than that about customer service. After getting my car worked on last year they didn’t tighten the lug nuts back up. READ THAT AGAIN- the tire place didn’t secure my tire. While doing 65 miles on the highway my tire came off. Could’ve killed me or someone else. The owner avoided taking responsibility. Said she’d call her insurance and never did. My car had body damage due to their negligence and she just ignored taking care of it. They fixed my tire, and then it continued to go flat bc they didn’t put it on correctly. You are better off taking your car to Discount Tire. Barnsley has gone downhill with this new ownership and their mistakes could have deadly consequences that they don’t seem to have any interest in rectifying.
